The Benoit Brothers (Lanny,
Shane and Lane) have over 100 years of combined
deer hunting
experience. They grew up in Duxbury, Vermont and
still live in the central Vermont area. Although
all three brothers have full time jobs, they still
spend 4-6 weeks every year hunting in Ontario,
Maine,
New Hampshire and Vermont. Over the years the
brothers have taken trophy bucks under all types
of conditions. Their "how to" book "Big Bucks
the Benoit Way" was published ten years ago and
has sold over 40,000 copies. The book provides
many tips by Larry (their father), Lanny, Shane
and Lane on how to track a trophy buck.
"Benoit Bucks", their
latest release focuses primarily on the next generation,
that is, the Benoit Brothers. A chapter on each
one of the boys gives you some insight on their
personal style of hunting as well as sharing some
of their more recent experiences. There is also
a section in the book that addresses the "most
common mistakes that hunters make". This
chapter is based on mistakes they have learned
from as well as mistakes that other hunters have
shared with them and they would like to pass on
that information to you. "Benoit Bucks"
is a must read with 200+ photos and is autographed
when ordering from the Benoit Brothers either
by mail, telephone or website.
